Note: If your GFR account has been disabled or you have forgotten your password, this method will help reactivate your
account.

Resetting Your Password:
1. Navigate to the GFR website at https://www.gofileroom.com.
2. Under “Login” enter your GFR username.
3. Left mouse click “Forgot password?”
4. There will be a popup prompting if you would like a new temporary password emailed to you. Press OK.
5. The next popup will notify you whether or not your password has been reset successfully.
6. Press OK.
Note: Your temporary password will be emailed to your Smith & Howard email.
7.Your email will look similarly like this:
9. Enter your username and temporary password and press LOG IN.
10. You will be prompted to change your password. Enter the current temporary password and your desired new one.
11. Press Save.
12. Your account has been re-enabled and your password has been changed.
