- While on an active call, press the Transfer button.
- The caller will be placed on hold.
- Dial asterisk (*) and then the number or extension to which you wish to transfer the call.
- Press the Transfer button again at any time to complete the transfer.
- If you make a mistake, you can press the Cancel button on your screen.
