Requirements:
- Active internet connection
- Smith & Howard network account
- Access to Outlook
Attach an email:
- Navigate to the email you would like to include with your help desk ticket in Outlook.

Right click and click Copy.
Open a New Email

In the body of the email, right click and click the
icon under Paste Options. This will attach the email under Attached.
Insert any additional infomration into the body of the email.
Continue filling out the To... and Subject with To... being [email protected]
