Q. Why am I not showing up on the company contact list ?
A. For this to successfully happen you'll have to login using the Zoom desktop application. You can use this article to guide you to sign in Zoom Sign In
Q. Why can't I schedule a meeting with the Zoom Department account ?
A. For this to successfully happen you will need to log out from your personal Zoom account and log in the department account using LastPass
Q. Can I synchronize my status from Zoom, Teams, and Jabber so people know when I am in a meeting or on a call ?
A. Unfortunately, not at this time, we will be updating you guys if any updates occur that will allow this feature to work.
