Overview:
FindTime is an add-in for Outlook that helps people reach consensus on a meeting time. The organizer proposes one or more times to attendees so everyone can vote. Attendees see the dates and times that work best for everyone. After consensus is reached, FindTime can send out a meeting invitation on behalf of the organizer.
Installing FindTime:
- You will begin at your home screen of Outlook and select the "Get Add-ins" tab on your ribbon
- A new window will appear and you will need to search FindTime using the search bar on the top right corner
- Once you have found FindTime you will download by clicking on the "Add" button.
- You will know it has successfully downloaded when it is check marked and added
