Overview:


Zoom Rooms is a software-based room system that provides an integrated experience for audio conferencing, wireless screen sharing, and video conferencing. Zoom Rooms can be used for room-only attendees, or remote attendees joining from another room, from their desktop, or from their mobile device.

Joining Teams and Google Meetings with the Zoom Tablet:


1. On the Zoom tablet, press the join button.



2. In the bottom right, there will be two buttons with the symbols for Google and Teams Meetings. Press the button corresponding to the meeting you are trying to join.



3. When you press the button, it will change the icon in the Meeting ID field, confirming the type of meeting you are trying to join. Type your Meeting ID number and press join.



How to use third party one-click join:


1. Navigate to your calendar within Outlook.

            


2.Next Select the arrow next to Teams Meeting, from the drop-down menu select "Schedule Meeting".

 


3.Then in the required section put the room you would like to book.  (Option 1)

 

(Option 2) you can forward the invitation from your calendar to the room of your choice.

  1. Right click your meeting then select forward. 

2. From there you add the room your meeting will take place. 





If you need to check the room availability, you can select "Add Calendar" in the Manage Calendar toolbar,

then select the arrow and select "From Address Book", 


then search the room, select ok, then you should be able to see the availability of the room you've selected.
