  • Access to Bitwarden
  • RightNetworks Account
  • L Drive Access

Overview:


This article is designed for access to the Right Networks RDP, in order to access Quickbooks enterprise versions. We will be installing the RightNetworks environment as well as accessing the account credentials through Bitwarden (Tax Department) or Right Network account credentials. 
Only one user can access at a time. Check with your Tax team if there are issues connecting. (This works just like the Quickbooks computer)

  • Connecting to RightNetworks

Installing RightNetworks:
  1. Users will begin by navigating to the L Drive. We have placed a user friendly installer within the following filepath: L:\IT_Helpdesk\Installs-Updates\Right Networks
  2. Once within the filepath, you will find the "RightNetworks." RDP
  3. Copy and paste "Right Networks.rdp" to your desktop.


Connecting to RightNetworks:

 

The RDP file is also attached for download below

  1. Find the RightNetworks RDP on your desktop or search for it using the windows search bar 
  2. When opening the RDP shortcut, you will be prompted to connect, and your S+H login may default. When entering the credential, make sure to select "More Choices" so that you can use a different account.
  3. Use the RightNetworks credentials from Bitwarden. NOTE: If you are not a part of the Tax Department, please use your Right Networks Account information. 

  4. Once signed in follow the prompts as fit and finish installation
  5. You will know you have been successful once you see this loading screen after signing in
