Overview:

This article addresses how you can add a bullet style to your Outlook through the application itself that looks like the following image:


Steps:

  1. Open Outlook and click "new email"                                                           
  2. Navigate to the "Bullets" button and click on the dropdown 
  3. Click "Define New Bullet"
  4. The following pop-up should appear
  5. Click "Symbol", in the pop-up that appears, do the following: 
    1. Click the "+" symbol
    2. Click "OK"
  6. Next, click "Font", and make the following changes in the pop-up that appears:
    1. Select the font "Rubik" > select the font style "Bold"
      •  
    2. Select the dropdown under "Font color"
      1. Click "More Colors"

      2. Click "Custom"
      3. Add the following: R: 81, G: 191, B: 157
      4. Click "OK"  
  7. Click "OK" once more, and the custom bullet will appear on your email draft

  8. To access this in the future, simply navigate to the "Bullet" dropdown, and the custom bullet will appear in your "Bullet Library"
