We have previously used Mimecast as our main add-in for any anti-spam and held messages that needed further review before releasing. This is now no longer the case with only the archive being accessible. 

Mimecast will still be an add-in accessible for the following

  • Email Archive (5 years)

How will I know what is being blocked?

 

Ironscales does a good job at recapping all messages in quarantine or items that get placed in the JUNK Folder of Outlook.. This comes in the form of the daily Ironscales | Quarantined Emails Report

 

 

Going forward use this email alert for items that may be held or check your Junk folder for items that seem to not have reached your inbox. Any concerns around email delivery can still be raised as a ticket if these options do not contain your search items!

Do I still report items using Ironscales?

 

Our first line of defense is every single person within our Family of Companies. Whether you think an email is malicious or not; that slight suspicion of doubt is always an indication that you should report it
