Overview:
This guide will walk you through installing Print Logic, accessing the Print Logic Portal, downloading printers, and removing cloud printers from your device.

Requirements:
- Firm-issued laptop
- Access to the Company Portal
Step 1: Install Printer Logic Client

Launch the Company Portal app.

Search for "Printer Logic". Two options will appear. Please install the “Vasion PrinterLogic Client” with the purple icon, as shown below.
Step 2: Adding a Printer

Once installed, a new icon will appear in your app tray (bottom right of your screen).
- Click the icon to launch the Print Logic Portal. Then, a new browser window will open.

Identify your office location from the list on the left side of the portal.

Select the printer you wish to add from the icon on the map or the printer list below the map, then click the "Install Printer" button in the pop-up
Important: If you already have this printer added as a cloud printer, you must remove it from your device settings before installing via Print Logic. See "Removing Cloud Printers" below.
3. Confirm the installation in the pop-up window.
4. The printer drivers will install automatically. You will receive a notification when installation is complete.
Step 3: Removing Cloud Printers
If you have a particular printer already installed, even if it has a different name, you will need to uninstall it from your computer to avoid confusion and problems with your print queues.

Open your Windows "Settings" applet from your Start menu.

Select "Printers & scanners" and navigate to "Bluetooth & devices".

Choose the printer you want to remove and click "Remove Device".
