This article will walk you through how to replace your Tickmarks and Templates for Engagement in Adobe Acrobat.

Section 1: Replacing Tickmarks


Important: Please close out Engagement and Adobe before proceeding with these steps

  1.  Navigate to this file path on the L:Drive: L:\IT_Helpdesk\Installs-Updates\CCH\Tickmarks and Templates 
  2. Right Click the Pfx Engagement tickmarks Zip folder. A Windows Security window will launch, select OK.

  3. Next select Extract All... 

  4. A new window will launch for you to select the location you would like these files extracted to. Please enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Pfx Engagement\WM\Tickmark then select Extract.

Important: Tickmarks will only appear when you open a PDF directly from Engagement.


Section 2: Replacing Templates

  1. Navigate to this file path on the L:Drive: L:\IT_Helpdesk\Installs-Updates\CCH\Tickmarks and Templates
  2. Right Click the Pfx Engagement Templates Zip folder. A Windows Security window will launch, select OK.
  3. Next select Extract All... 

  4. A new window will launch for you to select the location you would like these files extracted to. Please enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Pfx Engagement\WM\Binder Templates
